Charity Toolkit comes to Donorfest 2026: Donorfy Conference
Do you know what? That might have been my favourite Donorfy Conference to date.
Under a new skin, Donorfy Together resurfaced for 2026 as Access Not For Profit Donorfest, returning to London from its tangent off at Manchester last year.

The Charity Toolkit team were roused from our desk-bound hard work, and onto trains bound for Borough. We immediately felt right at home, peeling open our promotional banners, priming our new video teaser and preparing our stand for the 8:45 influx.
The day promised to be a series of insightful sessions hosted by industry pros and the NFP community, with informal support and networking in between. Visitors to our stand were keen to hear more about our services and learn how we alleviate digital pain points in their organisations. We assisted a wildlife trust with their messy direct debit collections. We helped a forest conservation group prep for a better online donation experience. We introduced a number of organisations to our Charity Toolkit suite of integrations for data automation. None too surprisingly, the MuchLoved > Donorfy integration was very popular.
In all, our stand was awash with smiling faces, sighs of relief, and buckets of enthusiasm to get entangled in new projects. Very rewarding to be a sponsor of the event indeed.
Towards the end of the afternoon it was my turn to take to the stage and present Finding The Automation Potential of Your Website, the talk I'd prepared for the charities in attendance, demonstrating ways they could automate manual processes that routinely cost time and resource.
For this, my sixth time presenting at the conference, I took a slightly more experimental approach and upheld no 4th wall at all. I asked questions, shared anecdotes, even did a skit... I reasoned that being one of the last talks of the day with a data leaning was probably going to come across too dry if it didn't have some personality driving it forward; a strategy which I am assured was very well received:
"Firstly I should say your talk at the conference was fab... again! You have a great way with public speaking."
As has become tradition, a video copy of the presentation has been uploaded to the Charity Toolkit YouTube channel for those who couldn't catch it live.
The Charity Toolkit verdict is in: we loved meeting new folk and catching up with some favourites, we highly commend the catering and the front of house team at the venue, and our follow-ups since the conference have been electric.
Being involved with the Donorfy Conference is an invaluable attribute to my business. The energy in the lead up to the event and the weeks that follow recharge my professional batteries like nothing else. It's a critical mass of engagement with the sector, making it instrumental in refining our goals and focusing our work. Riding the high, Charity Toolkit have made strides developing our first customer user interface, something that's been on our road map for quite some time. Version 3 of our Gravity Forms > Donorfy integration is blossoming, entering final testing now.
There's so much more to come from our Donorfy partnership.
